  1. I think that your references are very good and you take the line of inheritances of Situationism and Fluxus through postmodernity, to interrogate the Net, and Rhizome movements. How does the art work subsist? Can it cut both ways, in the Spectacle, and the excess of information, that Baudrillard conceives [from Bataille's The Accursed Share]. As he writes , 'Why hasnt everything disappeared yet? [a book]. What is the relation to traditional museum displays that accommodate new kinds of rhizome works? Is 'Altermodernism' a falsification? [ Nicolas Bourriaud's concept that postmodernism is over]. Deleuze's 'desiring machines' pose a problem for capital and spectacle by re-instating Debord's critique of desire back to the subject from 'consumer'. How can you tie in these references, which detour from historical linearisation, into an essay? Peter
